Belfast Double Header - Information

Belfast Double Header 7th/8th January 2017

Coach departs from iceSheffield on Friday 6th January at 8am for the journey to Cairnryan, in plenty of time for the 3.30pm ferry and arriving in Belfast at 5.45pm. The coach will then take you to the Clayton Hotel (formerly the Holiday Inn) which is situated close to the city centre. Accommodation is for 3 nights and includes breakfast.

Saturday is a free day to relax and take in the sights.

For those passengers who have not visited Belfast before, there are many places of interest. There are bus tours around the city and of course the famous black cab taxi tours, where you can learn about the history of the divided city and visit the peace wall. Other places to visit include Stormont and an absolute must is the Crown Pub! The bus or taxi tours show the pub and the bus tour also goes to Stormont. There is of course the new Titanic museum which is situated close to the Odyssey Arena. For tickets see their website to book online or tickets can be bought on the day (subject to availability). Why not try afternoon tea at the museum. Its a little pricey but the setting is the dining room on board the ship, and the tea is amazing!

For the shoppers among you, Belfast city centre has all the usual high street shops and the Victoria Square shopping centre has a few designer shops as well as House of Fraser and places to eat.
