Last night was our first Committee Meeting and we welcomed both Ruth and Kevin as newly elected Committee members. Firstly we elected both our Chairperson (Elise Clark) and Vice Chairperson (Ray Fryer). This year in a drive to increase membership we will be holding draws throughout the season for members to win a chance of going to the players lounge after a game and also for kids to meet their favourite player or even meet the players in their dressing room after the game. Anyone joining before the shirt launch or at the shirt launch will also be in with a chance of winning a Steelers 2018/19 signed replica shirt. Discussions are now under way on what events we will be holding throughout the season and we will announce dates as soon as we have agreed them with the club.
Away travel will soon have some announcements regarding away matches in the up and coming season (as soon as the fixtures have been released). Keep a look out on the Website, Facebook and Twitter feeds as as soon as we have information they will be posted there. We will have a desk at the challenge matches at Ice Sheffield and also at the shirt launch so come and sign up and help us support the team.
