The SSSC committee would like to announce that this years AGM which was to be held on Monday 6th July is postponed until further notice due to the current restrictions and as we consider that the heath and safety of our members and the committee is paramount.
Under the constitution, we must hold an AGM within 15 months of the previous one and whilst we will endeavour to do this working within government guidelines, I think that all of our members will appreciate that these are exceptional circumstances.
All of our members will have received a proposal form and a nomination form in the post. Once a date for the AGM has been announced we will publish the deadline for accepting your proposals (21 days prior to the date of the AGM). If you have sent us a cheque for the next years membership, we will begin to cash these shortly however subscriptions will be refunded if no committee if formed for the 20-21 season at the AGM.
