The game against Glasgow was a well deserved game. We played like we wanted to be there and like we wanted to get the 2 points. I was also glad to see that the fourth line had been playing well with Brandon Whistle scoring and Alex Graham assisting a well deserved goal in Glasgow. However, on Sunday, the first period wasn't very good at all. We looked very poor which a group like ours shouldn't. The second and third we came out fighting and looked strong and took the game into overtime. We had plenty of attempts but nothing seemed to go right.
We just couldn't take the 2. I had said all weekend prior to the game that Nottingham had a point to prove and they wanted it more than we did. Lets hope its the other way round on Saturday. I want to thank the SSSC for the amazing pool night. It was a good laugh with players and gave us all a chance to get to know them. Thank you Abby.
